10. Stack two strips and press them in the middle with chopsticks; or just twist them into a twist shape like I did. Add more oil to the pan. Put the flour noodles into the pot over medium heat when it is 50% hot. Use chopsticks to turn them over and over to avoid them from burning.

11. Fry the dough sticks until golden brown, then remove from the oil and drain.
