How to make kimchi and meat dumplings

Health preservation is a state of mind that requires us to start from the most basic level of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce how to make kimchi and meat dumplings.

1. Put 600 grams of fresh meat filling into a bowl and set aside

2. Take out an appropriate amount of homemade kimchi (you can also use bagged products) and a little kimchi juice

3. Add kimchi juice and a small spoonful of kimchi sauce into the meat filling, stir evenly in one direction, and marinate for about 10 minutes

4. Use your free time to cut the kimchi into small pieces. Don’t cut it too small, so that it will taste crispier.

5. Put the chopped spicy cabbage into the marinated meat, add a little soy sauce and sesame oil

6. Stir vigorously in one direction to make the filling clumping together.

7. Take an appropriate amount of flour, add water in batches and knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for about 20 minutes

8. Sprinkle a little flour on the chopping board, knead the dough, roll it into long strips and then pinch it into even pieces.

9. Take a small piece of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round dough.

10. Put a proper amount of filling in the middle of the dough, fold the dough in half, pinch the top of the dough, and squeeze it with both hands to complete the making of a dumpling.

11. Make other dumplings one by one and place them at a certain distance.

12. Put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add cold water twice after boiling. Turn off the heat when the dumplings are puffed up and float on the surface. Serve on a plate and prepare some dipping sauce
