How to make black pepper beef bibimbap?

Bibimbap is not China's most distinctive food. Relatively speaking, South Korea and North Korea are the authentic birthplaces of bibimbap. However, now in China, more and more people like to eat bibimbap, and various types of bibimbap continue to appear on people's tables. In fact, a bowl of bibimbap can be considered a meal because it contains both vegetables and rice. So, how to make black pepper beef bibimbap?

Main ingredient: 1 bowl of rice.

Supplementary ingredients: 100 grams of beef; 60 grams of enoki mushrooms; 60 grams of platycodon; 40 grams of bean sprouts; 1 egg; 60 grams of spinach; 1 carrot; 2 grams of seasoning salt; appropriate amount of Korean hot sauce; 5 grams of vegetable oil; half a spoon of black pepper.

step:

1. Prepare the materials.

2. When steaming rice, use a little less water and make sure the rice is cooked grain by grain like Cantonese fried rice.

3. Take out all the vegetables, wash them, and put them away in order.

4. Cut the beef into small pieces. If the outside can be minced, just mince it. Koreans don’t pay attention to the difference between cutting and mincing.

5. Chop some onion and stir-fry with the beef later.

6. Add a little oil and stir-fry the beef and onion, add a pinch of black pepper for flavor and a little salt.

7. Apply a layer of oil in the stone pot, put the steamed rice evenly into it and cook on low heat until it makes a sizzling sound. Don't use too high a fire. While the rice crust is being baked, stir-fry a few vegetables with a little oil and add a little salt. When the rice and vegetables are ready, put a half-cooked egg on top. Put the three kinds of pickled vegetables on the table, throw a spoonful of red spicy sauce into the rice pot, and swing the fingers holding the large spoon towards the rice pot to mix well.

Notice:

1. Don't make the rice too soft, it won't taste good;

2. Stir-fry for two times and it will come out. Stir-fry for a long time and it will become soft after it comes out of water.

3. If you don’t have a stone pot, a casserole will also work.
