9. Change the pot, pour all the ingredients into the soup pot, and pour in milk to cover the ingredients. If you like a less milky taste, use milk + water in a 2:1 ratio. Add a little butter and mix well.

10. Add salt or honey to taste halfway through. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the potatoes release starch and the soup thickens.
