What is the most fragrant soup base?

Nowadays, people's diet is becoming more and more diverse. Among them, many foods require soup base, such as hot pot, noodles, or snacks such as malatang and rice noodles. If you want to make this kind of food delicious, the most important thing is to have an attractive soup base. There are many ways to make soup base, and the ingredients used are also different. 1. Fragrant soup base

1. Wash the pork leg bones, chicken bones and ribs separately, drain and set aside.

2. Heat a pot of water. When it boils, put the ingredients from step 1 into the pot to blanch and remove impurities. Then remove from the water, rinse with cold water and set aside.

3. Take a deep pot, add 8000cc of water, then put in the ingredients in step 2 and Jinhua ham, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours, then turn off the heat, filter out the ingredients in the pot and take the soup, set aside.

4. Wash the lean meat and chicken breast, chop them into fine pieces, put them into a bowl, add 300cc of water (not included in the portion), mix well and set aside.

5. Slowly pour the mixture in step 4 into the mixture in step 3, stirring as you pour.

6. Repeat step 5 and heat over low heat until it boils slightly, then turn off the heat. Use gauze to filter the meat residue and take out the clear soup.

2. Duck Soup Base

Ingredients: Half a duck bone, some duck skin, some scallions, some ginger, some peppercorns, one bay leaf, one star anise, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper

1.Cut the duck bones into small pieces and the duck skin into large pieces;

2. Boil water in a small pot, add duck bones and blanch them after the water boils; remove from the water and set aside;

3. Put the duck skin in a pan and simmer over low heat to produce duck fat; remove and set aside;

4. Pour the boiled duck fat into the pot, add the scallion and ginger and fry until fragrant; add boiling water;

5. Add the blanched duck bones, spices and salt for seasoning;

6. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add pepper to season before serving.

3. Ginseng Qi-boosting Soup Base

Ingredients: 5 qian of American ginseng, 5 qian of wolfberry, 10 red dates (pitted), 2 slices of ginger

Method: Use 6 bowls of water (1 bowl is about 220cc) to simmer over low heat until 4 bowls are left. Remove the residue and use it as hot pot soup base. If you want a stronger flavor, you can use chicken broth instead of 1/2 of the water to make this soup base.

Efficacy: It has the effect of replenishing qi and strengthening the body. In addition to refreshing and eliminating fatigue, it also has the effects of enhancing the body's immunity, preventing colds, strengthening the stomach and intestines, and helping digestion.
