Fried chives with white tofu Material 200g dried white tofu, 150g chives, 2 tbsp salad oil, 30g minced shrimp, 10g minced garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp rice wine, a pinch of pepper; practice 1. Slice the white tofu; wash and cut the chives into sections; wash and soak the chopped shrimp in cold water for 5 minutes, remove and drain (reserve the water for later use), and set aside. 2. Heat 2 tbsp salad oil in a pan, add minced garlic and dried shrimps from step 1 and sauté over medium heat until fragrant. Add white tofu slices from step 1 and fry until fragrant. 3. Put the chives from step 1 into the pot from step 2 and stir-fry evenly. Then add the water reserved for soaking dried shrimps from step 1.
