Traditional French apple pie recipe

1. Mix and sift low-gluten flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder and powdered sugar, add egg liquid and butter, knead into dough, and refrigerate.

2. Wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices, and soak them in salt water for a while to prevent oxidation and discoloration.

3. Beat the eggs and add butter and mix well. Take out the apple slices and drain the water

4. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a 3mm thick crust, put it into a 7-inch pie plate, and shape it slightly.

5. Spread the apple slices on the dough, pour in the egg liquid and butter. Before putting it into the oven, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the filling to make it taste better! Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
