6. After filling with glutinous rice, restore the cut lotus root lid and secure it with toothpicks. Put the lotus root into an electric pressure cooker, add water to cover the lotus root, then add the washed peanuts, red dates, red beans and lotus seeds.

7. Add brown sugar according to your taste (I put 6 tablespoons, and the finished product was moderately sweet and brown in color), cover the electric pressure cooker, and press the cooking button.

8. It can be eaten in more than 20 minutes.
