After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The method of making cold pea jelly is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps. 1. Prepare 50g pea starch and 450g water. 2. Add 100g of water to the pea starch and mix thoroughly, stirring while pouring. 3. Put the remaining 350g of water on the gas stove and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and pour in the prepared starch water while stirring constantly. 4. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the batter becomes thick and transparent. Scoop up the batter and it will flow in sheets. Then turn off the heat. 5. Pour the cooked batter into a clean container and use the back of a spoon dipped in a little water to smooth the surface of the batter. (The batter is very sticky and will stick together and be difficult to smooth out without water.) 6. Find a rice-washing basket or other breathable item to cover it and let it cool. (When the weather is hot, it is unhygienic to leave it there directly because it is prone to small insects such as flies) 7. After cooling, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour or one or two hours. 8. Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it up. Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Remove from the pan and drain the oil. Let them cool until they become crispy and peel them. 9. Take out the refrigerated jelly, press the surrounding area with the palm of your hand and then turn it upside down to easily remove it from the mold. I pour it directly onto the chopping board for easy cutting. 10. Cut into strips of your preferred thickness and serve. 11. Cut the green onion into flowers, mince the garlic, and dice the green and red peppers. 12. Take a small bowl, add minced garlic, green and red peppers, half of the chopped green onion, light soy sauce, chili oil, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, pepper powder, and chicken essence into the bowl and mix well. 13. Pour the evenly mixed red oil sauce over the jelly and sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onions for decoration. Just mix carefully when eating. 14. You can sprinkle some crushed peanuts to make it taste better. Fry the peanuts in oil in advance, let them cool, then peel them. You can leave them whole or crush them with the back of a knife. 15.
