How to make Tremella syrup

1. What I bought was fresh Tremella fuciformis, a whole big piece.

2. After simmering for one hour, add the prepared rock sugar, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

3. Wash, chop into fine pieces, put into clean water and boil. After boiling over high heat, switch to low heat and simmer for 1 hour (if it is dried white fungus, it may take longer, about one and a half hours)

4. Add wolfberry and serve.

The Tremella Decoction dish can be modified according to your own taste, by making use of the seasoning to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
