French fried lamb chops

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make French fried lamb chops. Prepare the ingredients yourself and start making it.

1. Wash the lamb chops, peel and wash the onions and garlic, then chop them into small pieces, chop the rosemary and parsley, peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes.

2. Sprinkle salt (1 teaspoon) and crushed black pepper evenly on both sides of the lamb chops, press gently a few times, and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Put the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped rosemary and bread crumbs into a large bowl, pour in olive oil, add salt (1/2 teaspoon), stir well and set aside

4. Pour oil (about 10 ml) into the pan, and when the oil temperature is 50% hot, put in the marinated lamb chops and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown (about 4 minutes). After frying, apply mustard on the surface, then evenly coat the surface of the lamb chops with the spiced bread crumbs, place them on a baking tray covered with tin foil, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

5. Put the diced potatoes into a pot of cold water and cook until they are 80% cooked, then remove from the pot, drain and set aside. Pour the base oil into the pan. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, add the cooked potato cubes and fry until the surface is slightly hard and the color is golden. Add salt (1/2 teaspoon) and chopped rosemary and stir well.

6. Pour a small amount of base oil into a small soup pot. When the oil temperature is 40% hot, add onions, fry minced garlic, add rosemary, and finally pour in the sauce. Cook for a while and serve with lamb chops.
