Ingredients: flour, pumpkin, green garlic, mushrooms, half a pot of bone soup. Method: 1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and put it into the microwave to cook it slightly. Then take it out and pour in the flour and stir it with chopsticks (do not touch your hands at this time to avoid burns). You can also let the cooked pumpkin cool down before kneading the dough, or you can mash it into pumpkin puree before kneading the dough, which will be better. 2. Knead the dough and set it aside to rest for about 20-30 minutes. During this process, you can prepare the ingredients for the soup. It is best to use harder dough for rolling the noodles so that they are tougher and feel better when eaten.

3. Knead the dough again and roll it into a thin layer. There was no big space at home to roll the noodles, nor a long rolling pin, so I divided the dough into two portions. 4. Fold the rolled dough. 5. Cut into the width you like. I like wide noodles, so I cut them wider. 6. Shake and sprinkle with a little flour to prevent the noodles from sticking together. 7. Wash the mushrooms and green garlic, and cut into pieces and sections. 8. Place the wok on the fire, pour a little oil, and fry the ginger slices. 9. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soft. 10. Pour in the bone soup, add salt, chicken essence and pepper. 11. After the water boils, add the green garlic slices and turn off the heat. 12. At this time, the noodles in the other pot have also been cooked. Add a little salt to the pot for cooking noodles. 13. Pour the cooked noodles into a bowl (half bowl), top with some soup and vegetables, and a bowl of hot bone soup pumpkin noodles is ready.

Ingredients: 1 rib bone, 1 corn, kelp knot, salt, 1 piece of ginger, 1 spoon of vinegar. Method: 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and cut the rib bone into small pieces when buying. 2. Wash the corn and cut it into small pieces. Cut the ginger into small pieces. 3. Open the kelp knot and rub it clean with your hands. 4. Blanch the bones and remove the blood. 5. Put pork ribs, ginger slices and a small spoonful of vinegar in the pot. 6. Add appropriate amount of water and stew in the rice cooker for 40 minutes. 7. Add kelp and corn and continue cooking for 30 minutes. 8. After cooking, add salt to season and serve.
