Informal Spanish paella recipe

1. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and peel them.

2. Marinate the mixed seafood with appropriate amount of salt and chopped parsley.

3. Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes, drain and set aside.

4. Open the shrimp back and remove the mud line.

5. Dice the green and red peppers and onions.

6. Thaw frozen mixed vegetables.

7. Slice lemon.

8. Peel and dice the tomatoes.

9. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, wait until the oil is hot, put in the prawns and fry until cooked, then serve.

10. Put an appropriate amount of butter in the pot and wait for the butter to melt.

11. Add onions and sauté until soft and fragrant.

12. Pour in the mixed seafood and stir fry evenly.

13. Add diced tomatoes and stir fry.

14. Pour in the soaked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

15. Pour in the broth, add the mixed vegetables, and season with salt, black pepper, sage, and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat, add the prawns and green and red peppers (if you like the crispy green and red peppers, you can add them at the end), cover, and cook until the broth is completely absorbed by the rice.

16. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle lemon and thyme for decoration.
