1. 2. When the dough has fermented to 2.5 times its original size, take it out, deflate it, roll it into a ball, and relax it for 15 minutes.

3. Slice the apples and shred the mozzarella

4. Roll it into a round shape with a diameter slightly smaller than the pizza pan, cover it with gauze, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to set, take it out and put it on the oiled pizza pan, and use a fork to poke some small holes on the crust

5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the crust and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese evenly.

6. Slice the chicken breast, mix the Orleans barbecue seasoning with water, marinate for more than 3 hours, and spread the marinated chicken slices on the pizza

7. Top with apple slices and sprinkle with walnut kernels

8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese shreds and a little pizza grass, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
