How to make traditional Shandong meat biscuits

1. Grind the pork into minced meat and chop the green onion; mix the minced meat evenly and set aside; add a little water to the flour, soak the dry yeast in warm water and add it to the flour. Knead the dough, form it into balls, and let it ferment. About 3 hours.

2. Divide the fermented dough into six equal parts and small pieces the size of a fist; use a rolling pin to roll the small pieces into round cakes; place the meat filling in the middle of the cake.

3. Pinch up one section of the round cake, and pinch it up little by little along the edge, just like making dumplings, and place the pinched side down; wrap the rest as above and let it stand for 20 minutes; after 20 minutes, dip the front of the dough in a little water and coat it with sesame seeds.

4. Arrange the dough on the baking tray and flatten it with your hands into a pancake shape. Preheat oven to 230 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
