How to make Northeastern Gabaguo

How to make Northeastern Gabaguo

With the development of the times, there may be few people around us who can cook. We all eat at food stalls and takeout. There is nothing wrong with this, but the food outside is not necessarily clean. Sometimes cooking your own meals can not only allow you to enjoy delicious food, but also improve your health. Here, the editor will introduce the Northeastern Gabapot to you, so learn to make it yourself.

1. Be sure to wash the ribs and chicken wings with clean water and drain them.

2.12 Prepare oyster sauce and fermented black beans.

3.21 Mix oyster sauce and fermented black beans into a paste according to your personal taste.

4.1 Turn to low heat and pour in dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

5.2 Pour oil into a pan and heat it to 80%. Add the ribs into the pan and stir-fry until they change color.

6.12 Turn to medium heat and stir-fry evenly.

7.21 Turn to low heat and pour in the prepared fermented black bean and oyster sauce, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. If you want it to be softer, you can adjust the time according to your preference. If you use a pressure cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes, it is enough.

8. If there is less soup in the middle of stewing the ribs, you can add more, but don’t add too much soup that doesn’t reach the waist of the ribs. If you want it to be softer, you can increase the cooking time.

9. When the oil in the pan is 70% hot, pour in the chicken wings.

10.1 Same as step 10

11.2 Fry until golden brown and set aside

12. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until it is 50% hot and add the cowpeas

13. Spread it on the bottom of the pot

14. Turn to medium-low heat and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

15. Place the pan on medium heat and heat the oil to 50% and pour the chopped pumpkin into it.

16. Stir-fry the pumpkin

17. Turn to low heat and pour in half a plate of water and stir fry evenly

18. Pour the chicken wings into the pumpkin and stir-fry for 10 minutes on low heat

19. Pour the stewed ribs in and mix well.

20. Finally, add the cowpeas into the pot and stir-fry over low heat for 5 minutes.

21. Finally, you can add salt and chicken essence to adjust the taste. Turn to medium heat and let the juice collect. Don't let it collect completely. Once the juice comes out, you can turn off the heat.
