How to make baked Scotch eggs

The method of baking Scotch eggs is not as complicated as people think. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Peel and cook the quail eggs and set aside.

2.1 Prepare flour, breadcrumbs and egg liquid.

3.2 Add chopped onion to the minced pork and then add all the seasonings in turn and stir vigorously in one direction to make the meat filling sticky.

4. Coat the cooked quail eggs with a layer of flour. Wrap the quail eggs with meat filling and make them into round balls. Dip the prepared meatballs in a layer of flour, then gently squeeze them in your hands to firmly combine the meat filling and eggs.

5. Dip the meatballs coated with flour in a layer of egg liquid first, then in a layer of breadcrumbs.
