2. Put appropriate amount of cooked soybean powder and cooked white sesame seeds in a small bowl and set aside.

3. Wash the fresh rabbit and cut it into small cubes. Add cooking wine, salt, white pepper, ginger and green onion and marinate for half an hour.

4. Coat the marinated rabbit cubes with starch and pick them with a toothpick.

5. Heat corn oil in a wok until it is 70% hot, add the rabbit skewers and fry until the water is slightly dry and the surface is tightened, then filter out.

11. Finally, sprinkle in soybean powder and white sesame seeds, drizzle in a little sesame oil, stir well and serve.
