How to cook chopped pepper carp

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking carp with chopped pepper.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, a clean carp, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, pepper powder, and chopped pepper.

2. Pour appropriate amount of salt, pepper and cooking wine into a bowl and mix well.

3. Make cuts on both sides of the fish, spread the prepared sauce evenly on the carp, and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Spread the prepared onion, ginger and garlic in a layer at the bottom of a large bowl. (Because the fish I bought this time was really big and I didn’t have a plate that big at home, I found the biggest bowl, but it was still small...TT)

5. Place the marinated fish on the onion, ginger and garlic. (The bowl looks even smaller this way...555)

6. Add another layer of chopped pepper.

7. Place the large bowl in the steamer and cook on high heat for twelve minutes (usually 500-1000g of fish should only take 8-10 minutes).

8. It's out of the pot, steaming hot. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on it for beauty.

9. Heat a proper amount of oil. I felt that the amount of oil I poured on was a little too little. You can control the amount yourself. This is my first time making it, so please forgive me.

10. Pour the sauce over the fish (I poured it from the head to the tail, I don’t know if it’s right…) and it’s done!

After introducing all the steps of cooking carp with chopped pepper, you must have basically mastered it. So what you need to do next is to do it yourself. Only through continuous practice can you make real delicious food.
