Five-flavor spicy duck recipe

6. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is warm, add the chopped ginger, garlic slices, star anise, peppercorns and cinnamon and stir-fry until fragrant. (Star anise, pepper and cinnamon are more fragrant after being fried)

7. Add the duck meat and stir-fry until the meat is firm and the surface is golden.

8. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry until the duck meat is colored.

9. Add ham, dried mushrooms, red dates, wolfberries, Chuanxiong, red dates, dried red peppers and yam and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add hot water that covers 3/4 of the ingredients, cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes.

11. When 1/3 of the soup remains, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 5 or 6 small pieces of rock sugar, stir fry evenly, and cook for about ten minutes.

12. When the desired amount of soup remains, add the chopped red pepper slices and celery segments.

13. Stir-fry for a few times and serve.

14. Serve immediately, this is a very delicious spicy duck.
