1. Wash and soak the glutinous rice half a day in advance. You can also soak the wolfberry and red dates together. Just rub it with your fingers until it breaks into pieces.

5. Put the cut sandwich meat into a suitable container, pour in a little dark soy sauce, add a spoonful of brown sugar, and the sweetness depends on your preference, try to use as little as possible. Mix the meat with dark soy sauce and brown sugar, and marinate for a while, mainly for coloring.

6.1 Take a piece of sandwich meat, flatten it from the middle with your fingers, squeeze the red bean paste onto one side of the meat, and press it slightly with your fingers to make it stick to the meat.

7.2 The red bean paste is ready. I bought the finished product directly and cut a hole of the right size on the packaging bag.

8. Close the other side of the meat slice and press it lightly with your fingers to fit the bean paste.

9. Place the meat with red bean paste, skin side down, in a suitable round-bottomed bowl.

10. Spread the mixed glutinous rice on the meat until it is completely covered.

11. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer and place the bowl with meat and glutinous rice on the steamer.

12. Cover the pot and steam over high heat until the water starts to boil. Then steam over medium-high heat for one and a half hours. When adding water, you should consider the steaming time and add enough water at one time. It is best not to open the lid in the middle.

13. Steamed meat with sand.

14. Take out the steaming bowl, place a plate of appropriate size on it, and hold it tightly with both hands.

15. Turn the steaming bowl over and carefully remove it. A plate of delicious meat with sand is ready.
