How to make mushroom tofu soup

1. Cut the soft tofu into cubes about 7 mm in size

2. Chop all three auxiliary ingredients, fresh mushrooms, soaked black fungus, and fresh pork, into small pieces. The smaller the better. Also chop the green onions and ginger for later use.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger, minced meat and chopped mushrooms, and stir-fry for 1 minute

4. Stir-fry for 2 minutes

5. Add tofu and a bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook for about 4 minutes

6. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, MSG and sugar, cook for about 1 minute, then add appropriate amount of water mixed with starch to thicken. (I happened to have no light soy sauce at home, so I used dark soy sauce, which made the color a bit darker, haha, and affected the color of the dish)

7. Sprinkle with green onions and serve! Very delicious
