Three pounds of top-grade snow powder, four pounds of mung beans, five ounces of cooked pork, two ounces of dried shrimp, one ounce of garlic, one ounce of raw green onion, one ounce of pepper powder, three ounces of fish sauce, and one ounce of alum.

1. Bring 13 pounds of boiling water to a boil and add alum. Then mix the snow powder and cold water, put it into the boiling stream water to make the cooked rice cake skin, and divide it into 100 pieces after it cools down.
