There are a lot of people who like to eat noodles in life, because it is very simple to make. For some lazy friends, eating noodles not only saves time but also effort. Of course, there are many types of noodles. For example, now is the hot summer, you can eat some cold noodles, which can not only relieve the heat but also taste delicious. So how long does it take to cook Italian fusilli?

The method of making fusilli is basically the same as other pasta.

Traditional Practice

Cook the noodles:

1. Bring water to a boil, add salt and cook until the noodles are al dente. The key to authentic pasta is al dente

2. Remove the noodles, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Noodle sauce making:

Method for Ragu: Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and minced meat and cook.

How to make pesto sauce: Put fresh basil, pine nuts and cheese into a blender and blend into a sauce. Add olive oil and salt according to personal taste.

mix:

Put the prepared noodle sauce and noodles into a frying pan and stir-fry over low heat until the noodle sauce and noodles are completely mixed.

The shape of pasta and the sauce can be freely matched. Generally, it has nothing to do with the shape of the noodles. There are roughly two types of pasta sauces: with tomato sauce and without tomato sauce. The several sauces I introduced are all modified by myself.

1 Meat Sauce

Fry onions and minced meat in a pan, add basil leaves, oregano leaves, tomato sauce and salt. With grated cheese

2 Vegetable sauces

Fry tomatoes, squash, cucumber, onion, and celery into small slices or cubes, then add salt and tomato sauce. With grated cheese

3Cream Tuna Sauce

Put butter in a pot and heat it up, sauté chopped onion and some chopped celery, add chopped tuna (canned), pour in some cream and add salt. Serve with grated cheese.
