Beat until it is almost dry foam, but don't beat it too dry.

33. After it cools down a bit, you can pour it into a mold. After it cools down, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then take it out, put it on the flower paper and place it on the decorating turntable.

34. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the cake base, and then sift a thin layer of sugar on the cream with a flour sieve. Then, cover half of it with a homemade double-ring S-shaped white paper.

35. Use a flour sieve to apply a thin layer of cocoa powder on the other half of the sieve.
