How to make homemade pure fruit candy

Sugar is a temptation that no child can resist. Those who have children at home have all experienced being harassed by their children to buy sugar. Although we cannot make candies with more complicated processes ourselves, we can still make simple fruit candies. What’s more, homemade food is more hygienic and does not contain additives. You can make any flavor you want. Next, I will introduce you to several simple and commonly used methods.

The first method of making mango gummy candy.

The first step is to use a food processor to puree the mango, add lemon juice and mix well. The amount of lemon juice can be increased or decreased depending on the sweetness of the fruit and personal taste. Since mango is very sweet, I added half a lemon, and it turned out to taste very good. In the second step, mix apple pectin with sugar, dissolve citric acid in clean water and set aside. Heat the mango puree to 40 degrees Celsius and pour in the apple pectin mixture. The third step is to continue heating until it is close to boiling, then add sugar and maltose, heat over low heat to 107 degrees Celsius, remove from heat and add citric acid to mix; the fourth step is to quickly pour it into a mold to shape, cut into small cubes after it has completely cooled, and then roll in fine sugar to prevent sticking.

Second method of making grape jelly.

The first step is to wash the grapes, squeeze out the juice and take 100 grams of grape juice, filter it for later use, pour sugar and gelatin powder into the grape juice and stir well; the second step is to pour the mixed grape juice into a clean, oil-free small pot, and simmer over low heat until the sugar and gelatin powder are melted; the last step is to pour it into a square container, let it cool, put it in the refrigerator for three hours, take it out, and cut it into sugar cubes of appropriate size according to personal preference. In this way, we have successfully made fruit candy.

The third method of making pure fruit candy.

Ingredients: 1. 30 grams of agar powder, 400 grams of water, 400 grams of fine sugar, 2. 100 grams of kiwi juice, 3. 100 grams of orange juice, 4. 100 grams of pomegranate juice, 5. Appropriate amount of brandy, 6. Appropriate amount of coarse-grained sugar. 1) Cook ingredient 1 until it reaches 110°C, remove from heat and divide into 3 equal portions for later use. (2) Add one portion of juice to each portion, then add an appropriate amount of brandy and mix well. Pour into a flat plate and let cool for later use. (3) Take out the soft candy after it has cooled and hardened, press it into shape using a two-color cookie mold, and then sprinkle it with coarse sugar.
