1. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 teaspoons of milk powder and 2 teaspoons of hot oil to the almond paste and mix well to make almond filling.

4. Knead the risen dough again into a non-sticky dough, divide it into several small pieces, and roll each piece into a round dough sheet that is thick in the middle and thin on the edges.

5. Take a piece of dough, put the almond filling in the middle and make it into a bun shape.

6. Let the prepared buns rest for 10-15 minutes and place them on a steaming rack covered with wet gauze or corn leaves. After the water boils, put the rested buns into the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
