1. Prepare the ingredients for ginger sauce: 30g ginger, 15g white onion, 15g apple, 15g carrot, 40cc Wei Ji Xian soy sauce, 10g sugar, 40cc Mirin, 60cc rice wine

2. Chop ginger into fine pieces, cut white onion, apple and carrot into small dices, then mix all ingredients in a cooking cup, cover with lid and shake well.

3. Use a blender to blend for 5 seconds [If the cubes are larger, increase the blending time appropriately]

4. Beat the sauce until it is almost puree

5. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, cut the white onion into shreds, add a little cooked white sesame seeds, cornstarch water (or starch water) and the prepared ginger sauce

6. Heat some oil in a pan, add the white onion shreds and fry until fragrant

7. Pour in the chopped pork belly and stir-fry until cooked

8. Then add the ginger sauce prepared in advance, bring to a boil and then turn to medium heat to reduce the sauce

9. When the sauce is reduced to 2/3, turn to high heat, add a little cornstarch water, stir fry evenly and serve.

10. Sprinkle some roasted white sesame seeds
