How to make fried sushi rice

1. You can steam rice freshly or use leftover rice. I used leftover rice, mixed it with sushi vinegar and broke up the rice.

2.1 Dice the chicken thighs and marinate with soy sauce, salt, sugar, cornstarch and MSG for 10 minutes.

3.2 Beat two eggs. Use a baking pan or griddle to make the pancakes. Add more oil and put two raw chicken fillets directly on the omelette after it is done. Make fried rice while waiting for the chicken fillets. After frying the omelette, chop it into small pieces.

4. Chop carrots, pickled mustard tubers and onions into dices the size of corn kernels and set aside. If you have corn kernels at home, add some.

5. After all the ingredients are prepared, place a wok on the stove, add a small amount of oil and fry the diced chicken thighs first. When they are half cooked, use a spatula to move them to the side of the wok, then add rice, diced vegetables and chopped eggs.
