How to make fried pork skin with bean sprouts

1. Soak soybeans in clean water until they sprout. (Just let the buds slightly show)

7. Add the pork skin into the pan and stir-fry.

8. Add dried chili and stir-fry evenly. (If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave it out. A little chili can remove the fishy smell of the skin.)

9. Add soybean sprouts and two spoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry continuously until the bean sprouts are cooked.

11. Add a little chicken essence to season and serve.
