How to make minced meat fried dough sticks

When you continue to work with an empty stomach, do you yearn for the food stalls on the roadside? Stop, it’s unhygienic to eat on the roadside, you might as well learn to cook it yourself. Now, let me show you how to make minced meat fried dough sticks.

1. Remove the two ends of the dough sticks and cut into small pieces about 5 cm long.

2.1 Prepare green onions, minced ginger and Heinz ketchup.

3.2 Prepare some minced meat.

4.1 Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and mix well.

5.2 Add chopped green onion and ginger to the minced meat.

6.1 Fill both ends of the dough sticks with minced meat.

7.2 Fill the hole in the middle of the dough stick with a proper amount of seasoned minced meat.

8. After everything is done, apply a layer of dry starch on the minced meat at both ends. (To prevent it from absorbing oil when frying later)

9. Put it into a pan with 50% to 60% hot oil and fry it on medium heat until cooked. Remove from the oil and set aside.

10. Prepare about 4 spoons of Heinz ketchup, add a little white sugar, fruit vinegar and water starch, and stir well.

11. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot, cook over medium heat until big bubbles appear, then turn off the heat.

12. Pour the fried minced meat dough sticks, quickly coat with sauce, and serve while hot. You can sprinkle some chocolate sugar needles for decoration.
