13. Put the washed mushrooms into the pot and stew with the chicken thighs for 1 hour.

14. After the chicken legs are cooked, turn off the heat and add a little MSG.

15. Serve the stewed chicken legs with mushrooms in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
