How to make double-rolled tiger bean skin

29. After sautéing, add carrots and stir-fry over medium heat.

30. Then add onion and stir-fry slightly.

31. Add water and turn to low heat.

32. Then pour soy sauce and oyster sauce on it.

33. Stir slightly and bring to boil.

35. After thickening, add green pepper, drizzle with a little oyster sauce, sprinkle in salt and black pepper and mix well.

36. Serve on a platter.
