How to make Dongpo tofu

1. Prepare materials;

2. Dice bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and pork belly;

3. Cut the tofu into large pieces, add salt and rice wine to marinate, so that it can be seasoned in advance and its bean smell can be removed;

4. Dip the tofu cubes in cornstarch;

5. Put it in the pan and fry until six sides are golden brown, then add the diced pork belly and continue frying;

6. When the surface of the tofu turns slightly yellow again and pores appear, add the diced mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic into the pan and fry;

7. Add sweet noodle sauce to the pot;

8. Add more rice wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 5 minutes;

9. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving and serve.
