7. In another pot, pour the lemon juice and add an equal amount of water;

8. Add appropriate amount of white sugar (I put 7 spoons of this size spoon, which is almost not too sour);

9. Bring the lemon syrup to a boil over low heat;

10. Pour in some water starch and stir quickly;

11. Cook until the lemon syrup becomes a uniform and transparent sauce, turn off the heat and pour the lemon sauce into a small bowl;

12. The lemon fried chicken steak is ready. The lemon sauce can be poured directly on the chicken steak, or it can be served in a small bowl and eaten with the chicken steak.
