9. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt to adjust the taste, then add appropriate amount of water. After the water boils, keep the heat on high and turn off the heat after boiling for 1 minute.

10. Pour the cooked shrimp and soup into the bowl containing the enoki mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

11. After eating the shrimps, you can pour the soup back into the pot, add tofu, vermicelli and other ingredients to cook another delicious pot.
