1.Ingredients: 1 lotus root. Seasoning, salt, cooking oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, homemade MSG

9. Preheat the electric baking pan (or frying pan) and apply a thin layer of oil.

10. Dip the lotus root cakes in batter and put them into the pot.

11. Cover the lid and fry for 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
