1. Method 1

First, prepare the ingredients: 500g of carp, 100g of black beans, 250g of lean meat, three slices of ginger, a piece of tangerine peel, and a little salt.

1. Wash and soak the black beans for two hours. Soak the tangerine peel until soft. Remove the gills and intestines of the mudskipper, wash and drain.

2. Cut the lean pork into pieces, rinse off the foam and boil water over high heat.

3. Put the mullet into a wok, brush a layer of oil on the surface of the wok, fry on low heat until both sides are slightly yellow, then serve. Put the lean meat, ginger, tangerine peel and black beans into the soup pot, add three bowls of water, simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat, and season with salt before serving.

Material:

Tang mullet, garlic (sliced), ginger (chopped), fermented black beans, chicken essence, soy sauce, and peanut oil.

1. Open the belly of the mullet, clean it, and cut it into pieces for later use.

2. Put the mullet into the oil pan and fry until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

3. Put garlic, ginger and fermented black beans into the pot, stir-fry with oil, then add chicken essence and soy sauce.

4. Pour the fried mullet into the pot and stir it, cover the pot, turn to low heat and bake for about 4 minutes before serving.

3. Method 3

Ingredients: 20g each of yam, wolfberry and longan, 1-2 catfish (about 500g), 300g lean pork, 2-3 slices of ginger.

Preparation: Wash all the herbs and soak them for a while; wash the lean meat and do not cut it with a knife; kill the catfish, remove the internal organs, wash off the slippery fluid with salt water, and fry it in a pan with oil on low heat until both sides are slightly yellow. Put them together with ginger into a clay pot, add 3000 ml (12 bowls of water), boil over high heat then simmer for 3 hours, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking oil. It can be used by 3 to 4 people.
