How to make homemade braised noodles

1. Add a little oil to the wet noodles and mix well.

9.2 Add chopped green onion, ginger, half of the minced garlic, dried chili peppers and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and salt and stir well.

11. Pour in hot water, the amount of water should just cover the vegetables.

12. After the soup boils, turn to the lowest heat, spread the noodles loosely on the dish, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

After 13.5 minutes, turn the noodles over (do not touch the vegetables underneath) and simmer for another 5 minutes.

14. Mix the noodles and vegetables well, then add sesame oil and the remaining half of the minced garlic and mix again.
