It is then served with a variety of condiments, such as fermented bean curd, pickled radish, coriander, chopped green onion and local special chili powder. It tastes spicy and refreshing, which can both satisfy your craving and fill your stomach.

Ingredients:

2 potatoes

Half bowl of salad oil

1 spoon of thin fermented bean curd

Half spoon of white sesame seeds

Half teaspoon cumin

1 stalk of coriander

1 shallot

Houttuynia cordata 1 piece

Production steps:

1. First, cut the potatoes into prismatic and polygonal pieces with a knife, wash and cut the coriander into short pieces, chop the green onions, remove the roots of the watercress and cut into small pieces.

2. Rinse the chopped potatoes with clean water to remove the starch, then drain the water. Fry the white sesame seeds and cumin until fragrant. Place them on the chopping board and press on them with a kitchen knife to rub them into fine pieces.

3. Add salad oil into the wok. When the oil is 60% hot, add the drained potato cubes and stir constantly.

4. Put the fried potato chunks until golden brown into a small bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped zhaergen, chopped green onion and coriander, then sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds, cumin powder, and thin fermented bean curd. Use a spoon to stir in the small bowl so that all the potato chunks are coated with the ingredients.

5. Put the potato cubes mixed with ingredients into a bowl

Tips:

1. When mixing the ingredients with the potato cubes, the saltiness of the thin fermented bean curd is sufficient, so do not add salt to the blind spots.

2. You don’t have to put diluted fermented bean curd in the potato cubes. You can choose to put spicy sauce, sprinkle chili powder, or put chopped chili. It is the best enjoyment to choose the ingredients that suit your taste.
