How to make healthy digestive biscuits

A home-cooked healthy digestive biscuit will surely make you salivate. Once the delicious food is placed on the table, it will awaken your taste buds. The preparation of healthy digestive biscuits is a bit complicated and the process is a bit tedious, but the taste is sure to be great. Food with patience is full of warm feeling. It can be boiled, slow-cooked, or braised, and the taste is very good.

1. Let 2 chicken gizzard linings dry naturally. When they are completely dry, they will break into pieces when you break them. (Two chicken gizzard linings from the chickens my mom usually kills!)

2. The tooth pepper is the small soap beans that grow on the soap tree. After it is fried, it will break when you break it. (Grown on the soapberry tree in front of my mother’s house, the small soapberry helps digestion.)

3. Mash the fried peppers and dried chicken gizzard lining together and set aside. (Put a little more at a time when making pancakes.)

4. One sausage, 50 grams of corn flour, and 3 free-range eggs.

5. Beat the eggs into the corn flour and add 10 grams of salt!

6. Mix the eggs, salt and corn flour together.

7. Add a little water to the beaten egg liquid and stir again. Cut the ham into shreds.

8. Heat the electric hot pot and add 100ml peanut oil.

9. Pour in the egg liquid, sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper and chicken gizzard powder, sprinkle with ham sausage shreds, cover the pot and fry on low heat for 5 minutes!

10. After five minutes, the omelet is cooked. Use a wooden spatula to cut it into pieces directly in the pan!

11. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
