How to make vegetarian mutton jerky

1. Prepare 20 fresh mushrooms.

9.2 Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper.

10. Add 1 teaspoon of homemade pepper water.

11. Sprinkle in 3 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder.

12. Sprinkle in appropriate amount of homemade chili powder, stir evenly with chopsticks, and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.

13. Place the marinated mushroom heads (stems) in a microwave-safe plate and cover them with plastic wrap.

14. Place the plate in the microwave and heat on high heat for 2 minutes until the moisture of the mushroom heads (stems) is dried out.

15. Take out the plate and tear off the plastic wrap.

16. Pour a small amount of sesame oil into the cooked white sesame seeds, stir evenly with chopsticks so that every white sesame seed is covered with sesame oil.

17. Pour white sesame seeds on the mushroom heads (stems).

18. Stir evenly with chopsticks and serve.
