7. Take a steamer, brush it with a thin layer of cooking oil, and place a piece of steamer paper on it.

8. Sprinkle a layer of cake powder first, then add a layer of red bean cake powder.

9. Finally, sprinkle a layer of cake flour and smooth the surface with a scraper.

10. Sprinkle a layer of candied red beans and shredded candied fruit (try to choose shredded candied fruit of different colors).

11. Cover with bamboo lid and place in a steamer with boiling water.

12. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes, until the edge of the sponge cake separates from the steamer.
