Pour the diced sausages into the bowl of mashed potatoes, mix well (add an egg and some cornstarch), make the mixture into balls, and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Note: If you put the mashed potatoes into the frying pan without adding cornstarch and eggs, they will easily fall apart. After frying in the oil for a while, take the potato balls out in time to prevent them from flying away.

Ingredients: 200 grams of potatoes, 40 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 75 grams of flour, 100 grams of bread oil, a little butter, 150 grams of vegetable oil, a little salt and pepper. Food recipe: 1. Wash the potatoes, put them in a pot and add appropriate amount of water (enough to cover the potatoes), boil them, cover until cooked, then take them out and let them cool, peel them, use a reamer to mash them into a fine paste and put them in a bowl, add salt, egg yolk, pepper, flour, and milk to make a harder mixture. 2. Sprinkle a little flour on the chopping board, place the mashed potato mixture on it, cut into small pieces with a knife, and knead into even-sized balls with your hands. Put it into the beaten eggs and dip it in the egg. Then put it into the breadcrumbs. Roll it in the breadcrumbs and knead it into a round shape with your hands. 3. Pour vegetable oil into a wok and heat it on the fire. Put the potato balls in and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the oil. The food is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fragrant and delicious.
