How to make Four Happiness Roasted Gluten

The method of making Four Happiness Roasted Gluten is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Soak the roasted bran, black fungus, dried shiitake mushrooms, dried day lily and peanuts in water until they are soft and fluffy.

2. Squeeze out all the water from the softened and expanded materials. Tear the roasted bran into small pieces by hand, tear the fungus into small pieces, remove the stems of the mushrooms and cut them into strips, slice the carrots, peel the peanuts, and set aside the mushroom water
