1. First, use the bread machine to knead the dough: use warm water to fully dissolve the dry yeast, then pour in flour, fine sugar, and salad oil, and press the dough making procedure. It will take about an hour and a half, and you can get the dough.

2.1 Roll the dough into a rectangular shape.

3.2 Defeate the dough, add in purple yam paste, and knead into a purple dough.

4.1 Sprinkle with chopped cranberries.

5.2 Brush some clean water on the dough.

6. Then fold it inward into three parts.

7. Cut into several portions.

8. Take a wider piece and put it at the bottom, and a narrower one at the top, use a bamboo stick to press hard in the middle to form it.

9. Place the cake in a paper-lined steamer, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Add cold water and steam over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.
