1. Prepare the ingredients. I bought a quarter of the duck, so the amount used is one-third of a disposable cup. Soy sauce mixture (light soy sauce + dark soy sauce)

2. Wash and clean the ducks slaughtered in the market, dry them and set aside.

3. Place the oil, soy sauce, wine, dark soy sauce and all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to make a marinade.

4. Apply sauce on both sides of the duck, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or longer, to make it more flavorful.

5. Apply the marinade all over the duck and massage it slightly with your hands to make it more flavorful.

6. Put the marinated duck into the rice cooker and pour the sauce on it.

7. Cover the pot and press the cooking button.

8. During the cooking process, we need to turn the duck over so that it can be heated and colored evenly.

9. During the cooking process, we can smell the aroma of the duck. If the rice cooker has switched to the keep warm mode, press the cooking button to let it continue working. Secondly, don't walk away! You need to turn the duck over to prevent it from getting stuck in the pan. Mine is for collecting the sauce.

10. Wait for the duck to cool down, cut it into pieces and place it in a bowl.
