5. Add the leaves and continue to stir fry

6. Pour the mashed fermented bean curd and the soup into the pot

7. Add red pepper shreds and stir fry evenly

8. Add a little salt, sugar and chicken essence to season. Add the remaining minced garlic and mix well before serving. (Fermented bean curd is salty, add or not add salt)

9. Serve on a plate
