Noodles are a traditional staple food in China, especially in the northern region of our country. Many families mainly eat noodle. There are many ways to cook noodle. It can be made into noodles, steamed buns, and various pastries. There are many kinds and they are countless. The most common one is boiled noodles with eggs. Of course, there are also some foreign products, such as fried pasta with black pepper beef tenderloin, etc., which are all common noodle cooking methods.

Fried Noodles with Egg

Main ingredients: 500g wet noodles, 150g bean sprouts, 80g onions, 50g carrots, 1 egg. Supplementary ingredients: appropriate amount of vegetable oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1/4 spoon of five-spice powder, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 spoon of fine salt, 3 spoons of aged vinegar, 1 spoon of chicken essence. Step 1. 500g wet noodles, set aside. 2. Prepare the bean sprouts, onions, carrots and eggs. 3. Cut the carrots into diamond-shaped pieces and cut the onions into shreds. 4. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, put in the eggs and fry until both sides are golden brown. Serve on a plate. 5.Fried eggs. 6. Pour an appropriate amount of cold water into the pot. After the water boils, put in the noodles and cook until cooked (do not cook for too long, noodles that are too soft will stick to the pan when fried). 7. Take out the cooked noodles and let them cool. 8. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok. After the oil boils, add onions and carrot slices and stir-fry. 9. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder and oyster sauce and stir-fry. 10. Put the noodles into the pot and stir-fry quickly. Add appropriate amount of salt and aged vinegar, and add chicken essence before serving.

Black pepper beef tenderloin fried pasta

Ingredients: 250g pasta, 100g beef tenderloin, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 50g onion, auxiliary ingredients: 60ml oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 5g cornstarch, 5ml cooking wine, 8ml dark soy sauce, 1 spoon chicken essence, 10g crushed black pepper, 10ml light soy sauce

Steps 1. Pour clean water into the pot and boil it, then add the pasta. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat. Add cold water three to four times in the middle, and boil again repeatedly until the noodles are fully cooked and have no hard core. Then remove and rinse with cold water. 3. Cut the beef tenderloin into thin strips, add cornstarch, salt, cooking wine, and dark soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for about 5 minutes. 5. Take out the fried beef, leave the oil in the pot, reheat it, add the shredded green and red peppers and onions, and stir-fry until they are cooked and black. 6. Add the cooked pasta. 7. Add salt, chicken essence, crushed black pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, add a small amount of water, and stir well. 8. Add the shredded beef, stir fry evenly and serve
