How to make cola ice cream

Cola ice cream is a common dessert. When the weather is hot in summer, people like to eat some ice cream, which has a certain effect of cooling down and relieving heat. You can also make cola ice cream at home. The method is relatively simple. Prepare some chocolate, an appropriate amount of cola, Oreo cookies, and an appropriate amount of light cream, then you can make cola ice cream.

How to make cola ice cream

Wash the Coke bottle thoroughly, make sure there is no water in it! Carefully tear off the label and wash it for later use. Chop the chocolate and melt 85% of it first. Place water in a small pot and bring to a boil; keep heat low to allow the steam to melt the chocolate. There must not be water in the container or tools, and they must not come into direct contact with hot water to avoid affecting the molding of the chocolate.

Pour 15% of the chocolate into the melted chocolate liquid and continue stirring to melt. Pour the melted chocolate into the Coke bottle. Shake the bottle gently to spread the chocolate evenly throughout the entire bottle. After the chocolate liquid stops flowing, open the bottle cap, make sure the bottle mouth is unobstructed, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze. Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces, but don't crush them too much to avoid affecting the taste. Pour the whipped cream into an oil-free and water-free container and beat it slowly. After three or four minutes, add condensed milk and beat until smooth. Add in Oreo cookie crumbs and mix well. The ice cream liquid is ready.

Pour into a large piping bag. Cut the mouth and squeeze the ice cream liquid into the bottle. Make sure to fill it up and not leave it empty, otherwise the chocolate will break when you remove it from the mold. Once filled, place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. After taking it out, leave it at room temperature for a few minutes to warm up so that the chocolate and bottle can be separated automatically. Use a utility knife to make a small cut where the label will be. Then rotate it one circle to separate the Coke bottle into two parts, upper and lower parts. Cut along the gap until you reach the bottom. Peel off the lower part and do the same with the upper part. After demoulding, put the label on and cover the lid.
